EARNING POINTS REWARD TOKENS:

  • Clients earn 1 reward token for every EGP 250 spent in clinic on any treatment or product
  • Reward tokens cannot be transferred to cash
  • Reward tokens earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
  • Reward tokens will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking.

REDEEMING POINTS:

  • Reward tokens can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments.
  • Reward tokens used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP.
